About Tara

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

As a fourth-generation real estate professional, I didn’t just enter this industry, I was raised in it. I grew up understanding that a home isn’t just walls and a roof. It’s security. It’s gathering space. It’s where life unfolds.

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving families throughout Green Bay and the surrounding communities. And over time, one truth became very clear to me: real estate is about far more than transactions. It’s about trust. It’s about relationships. It’s about the kind of impact we leave behind.

Why I Created Legacy First

I founded Legacy First because I believed business could be done differently.

I wanted a brokerage rooted in integrity. A company where excellence is expected, relationships are protected, and success isn’t measured solely by volume but by community impact.

Through our signature Legacy Giveback program, every client who closes with us directs a portion of the proceeds to a nonprofit that matters to them. In under three years, we’ve donated nearly $400,000 to more than 80 nonprofits with a bold goal of giving away $1,000,000 within five years.

Every closing becomes more than a celebration.
It becomes a contribution.

To me, that’s what growing a legacy truly means.

As a wife and mom of five, I understand the weight of big decisions. I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t just financial - it’s emotional. My role is to make that process strategic, smooth, and empowering.
