Here's the thing: I'm not here to convince you to sell your home or buy your next house.

I'm Megan, a Northeast Wisconsin Realtor, community advocate, and firm believer that real estate should feel personal, not pushy.

I live for lake days, local events, supper clubs, and helping people put down roots in this corner of Wisconsin, “The Gateway to Up North” we're lucky enough to call home.

Like I said, I'm not here to convince you to buy (or sell).

Buying a home is a big deal. Selling a home is stressful. 

It should happen when the timing feels right for you, your goals, your finances, and your life.

My job? To give you the information, guidance, and honest advice you need to make the decision that's right for you, whether that's next month, next year, or not at all.
